The boat was quite nice and the boat owner (Yannis) was super helpful! Some things were broken (rudderlock, missing wire-fence, leaking window ...), but that happens on boats. We noticed several things and reported them. Unfortunately we did not notice a small damage on the aft-starboard side of the boat and had problems with a toilet, and MG Yatchs wanted us to pay 220€ for this. Luckily we had photos of the boat from arrival WITH the damage, and so MG realized they had messed up, but still wanted money. After about 1.5hours of discussion, during which they yelled at us and called us names (especially a woman Mary), they settled on 50€, which we still had to pay. I do not understand why you would ruin your own service and lash out at customers for 50€ (total price was more than 8000€, so it was a fraction). MG Yatchs also forgot a paddle and and other small things.
