We where very happy with the boat and the service of Samboat, who helped us find a new boat when our originally booking could not be provided. We were less impressed with the service of Euronautic because: 1. We arrive in Biograd Sunday 8:10 due to a flight delay, and were surprised to find that the boat was not ready. We should have been able to take over the boat already Saturday. The boat was not ready until 12:00 Sunday. 2. When returning Friday afternoon, we were informed at harbour entrance that we should park at a different position then where took of, which is fair, however we were not told where then to go... so we ended up sailing around at harbour entrance, calling for instructions, however without luck. It was not until 10-15 min later that we received a text showing us the new location. The confusion and our disturbance towards other boats could easily have been avoided by informing us prior to arrival of the now parking position.
